It would be a good idea if FC offered a small reward for new members that watch this, maybe like $.10. That would encourage more newbies to watch it. While FC would not directly benefit from people watching it, in the long run it would help them because there would be more productive members making money for them.

Not just newbies because I even view these videos from time to time as a refresher.  But it does help newbies to navigate through FC more effectively and gives them a heads-up on what offers are available on here that can be done a daily basis.
