customer service response time?

I sent and email yesterday, I was wondering if anyone knew what the standard response time for customer service is?

I guess it's a long time, just answering myself and still waiting, hope I don't get yelled at for asking if I'll get credit for the last 5 offers I completed and told to leave the site. But if so, so be it.

Day 16 still responding to myself, no customer service yet!?! 16 days ? I wouldn't have any customers left if I didn't ever respond to them.

I really cannot give you a timeframe as far as a response, but I can tell you what the response will most likely be:"FC has no control over advertisers paying, we don't get paid until you get paid."
Sorry, but that has been my experience when I have not been paid and that is why I no longer do the high paying offers that require ME to spend money.

The customer service I though is suppose to be on 24/7...I could be wrong but I thought thats what I read in some post...what poat?  I have no idea...as there are hundreds of thousands of posts lol
