How do I put up an Avitar pic?

I'm searching all over for an upload thing for putting up those avatar photos for this forum but can't figure out how to.

Hi  this is what you do for an avatar  click on your screen name  syntheticbeauty  on your left youll see  modify profile  in the list under that click on forum profile information. you can upload a pic or avatar there
