My ferrett got real ill this weekend and i was worried but didnt know what to do,Can you take a ferrett to a reg vet?

You should be able to take it to your regular vet. Call to be sure if they don't ask them if they know one that you can go to. Don't wait to long ferretts can go on you real fast if you don't take care of it in a timely manner. I had several growing up and I loved them so much. They are so much fun. Hope all turns out well. It probably at something it shouldn't have.

To the local vet. If he or she cannot help you, they can at least tell you who to see. That's where I would start.

He got all better was running around climbed up my leggs loved on me and was fine put him back in cage tonight fed him and looked back he had passed away no warning we had him for 8 years my husband said old age ,i just feel so sad!

Petsmart clinics do all sorts of animals other than the farm kind. Bainfield clinic I think its called. I take my cat there, and the dog I had before that, and the rat I had before that lol.
