I am trying to Cash Out. I get through the whole process, and then I get a blank page. It won't show as anything being requested. And, while I am trying to be patient, my amount earned has dropped $5.30 and will continue to do so until I can get this taken care of. I opened a support ticket, and when I logged in later to check on it, it wasn't there. Can anyone help me?

there must be a problem onthe system it is a holiday weekend may be no one is there is handle the problem.
