Why would I want to shut this site down when I enjoy your company Kohler and admin, lol.  Whatever ticket you have from me is more than likely your or someone elses attempt to keep an issue open and ongoing.  As for stating that it's from MY IP address, I know you're lying, because I have changed residence and internet providers since I was banned.  Not only that, I had issues with my network and they've had to change my IP address to one that actually worked.

What I find even more idiotic by your post is the fact that you call ME the TROLL.  Look up the definition of internet trolling.  You and your brood are the ones "trolling" around.  You're the one that trolls around to create a flame war and then threaten a ban if someone doesn't share your opinion or things don't go your way.  FYI, I didn't call you Hitler or anyone else, other than Admin.  My apologies to anyone that was offended by that btw.  Maybe Castro would've been a better term.  Get rid of anybody and everybody that doesn't go by the same order that you do.  I was told to post the a link to my proof and I did just that.  I posted pretty much the letter that was sent to me.  Admin saw that and removed the link so nobody else could see it.  That was my reference.  Whether it be right or wrong, that was what was sent to me along with a lawsuit threat.  Forgive me for trying to help.

You know something else?  You post your rules and plan the demise of people who don't follow your rules and then don't go by them yourselves.  They're contradicting within themselves.  Don't say anything disrespectful about our advertisers unless you're mad.  Why else would anyone say anything disrespectful?

It doesn't matter how long you've been around, three years or not.  Not all good things last.  One of the better sites?  Yeah, maybe 4th best as far as offers and payouts go.  Your reaction time towards resolving an issue regarding an offer that didn't credit is closer to last place than anyone.  The account I had on here back about a year and a half ago it took me nearly three months and 18 verification emails to receive credit for one offer, only to have that cash expire a few days later.  The issue I had with an offer not crediting on another site was credited two days later with only one verification email.

You've never chased anyone away?  It's awful funny that it's typed in plain text, "if you don't like it go elsewhere."  That is the most common reply to someone asking if the site is legit or not.  I think everyone who's new to this has the right to ask.

I don't like it here, because everyone, with the exception to a few people, are jerks.  So, I'll be going elsewhere as soon as I get my money.  Until you give me my money I'll be right here.  Ticking you off the best way I know how...  By stating the truth.  Soon as I'm paid, you'll never see me again.

You have two accounts?

Section I.A.iv states: Users must not create more than one account per person, nor may they create more than one account per household.

Does not look good for the home team -- and yes you did send in a ticket, and you can deny it all you want but you did and it was full of empty threats. They knew you said you were an "internet broker" and you claimed to work with many of our advertisers and threatened to pull our offers if your forum ban of seven days was not lifted. I do not know what fairy tale world you are living in, but I come from a land called reality. We are not going to change or bend rules for anyone for any reason, and it will always be like that. So if you are going to complain about our rules, go somewhere else and whine we are not going to change what we do for anyone.

Two Facts for you, Joe.

Fact: You only have one IP logged on FusionCash. So no matter what you or your ISP told you -- you only have one IP, the same IP the ticket came from.

Fact: No one edited your post -- it would say Edited By: under your post and there is no way for any admin of the forum to go in and correct it. The only link removed from your posts was your attempt to lure our members over to your bare bones forum.

And where does it say "don't say anything bad unless your mad?" The rule states: Respect our advertisers
Do not discuss cancellation or post disparaging remarks. So do not talk bad about our advertisers PERIOD. Whether you are happy, sad, excited, or pissed off.. you can not do it. And if you do not get your money, since you broke a rule in the terms of service, and decide to troll the forums you will be swiftly taken care of, because you have made it obvious that is your intention.

So you have this misconstrued view of our rules and break another, and admit to it. Let us be honest, Joe. It seems the only one being dishonest is you.

Here's a few cold hard facts for you, Kohler...

1)  What don't you understand about, "My OLD account?"  It says nowhere that you can't cancel an account and then open a new one a year or so later.  Does it?  Didn't think so.

2)  My father, which according to other people on this site, makes me a professional, builds computers and installs services.  Each internet provider assigns your system an IP address.  Each provider has different addresses they're allowed to give out (much like cell phone carriers with different prefixes).  If you change providers, your IP address changes, because that's how they keep up with problems with services and things of that nature.  If a certain IP address isn't compatible then they keep assigning you one until your system accepts it.

3)  At one time, before I stated the contradiction before, the rules stated that "You may not post disrespectful or disparaging remarks towards our advertisers, because they pay the bills.  But you can post an honest opinion out of anger, because it's an emotion.  It also used to say something towards the end about free speech as well, but that's been removed, too.  Hmmm?

4)  In my thread, A new website, that I posted after I was told I could post the link,  it reads "link was removed by the admin."

5) If your IP tracking system is as good as you say it is; then how did my cousin, aunt, and uncle all cash out and receive payment for the same address on the same computer?  This happened just a few weeks ago.

Should I keep going with the facts?

You won't break or bend the rules for anybody, but your clique.  It's funny that those few are allowed to TROLL around and trash anyone with a difference of opinion or a question about this site and nothing be said to them.  But the outsiders are trashed and I believe their offers are deliberately uncredited to get them out of here.  Why do I think that?  Even though it's stated that sometimes offers that are "Instant" offers don't post immediately.  You falsly advertise on those offers that they are in FACT, instant.  If someone mentions this FACT, they're jumped on and are more or less treated like idiots, because they don't know the meaning of Fusion's word "Instant."  Is that being helpful?  Spell it with me, N-O.  Is this helping the Admin from going out and getting a real job?  NO!  Because with the clique chasing new customers away, they find a new and better alternative to this site.  One that they're not treated like crap for posting an opinion.  A site where their opinions are taken and if someone doesn't like it; they simply just don't say anything back.  Why?  Because it's an opinion and not worth flaming over.  A place where, if they have a problem with an offer or something, the site owner takes it a step further and pm's them and discusses the problem and encourages them to keep at it.  Sure, it's because they won't the money they get for the bounty, but at least they pretend to care about US, the CUSTOMER.

I'd be willing to bet that there's not near as many people using this site now as there were a year ago.  Don't say there's more, because we both know that wouldn't be true, because internet use is down 43% from 5 years ago according to the Nightly News and it keeps dropping each year.  And the way you and the clique treat people, this site will keep falling down the hole.  Why make $30-$40 a month here when they can make $150-$200 a month elsewhere and have 15-20 new offers to dispose of everyday?

You can say I sent a ticket if you want to, because I know that I didn't send anything.  You're stepping into stride when in fact you don't have a leg to stand on.

Joe I do have to tell you that I do agree with the Administrator and Kohler.  Joe I really do think that you do not live in reality.

Joe a while back I started a thread and a poll called Bring Back Manual Credit.  This was a some what contraversial Thread.  However Kohler and the Administator allowed this thread and poll.  It still existsts today in the forum.  Furtheremore the only time I got a warning was when I was posting the link to that thread and poll in every post in every part of the forums.  That warning was just a warning to stop spamming the forums and threads.  Infact the Administrator and Kohler were correct because that is exactly what I was doing.  However at the same time my thread was never locked or edited.  You may ask whyyyyyyyyyyyyyy??????????????????  Well it is simple it is because that thread was indeed started to show a differance in oppinion not only between me and FC but it also allowed others to express there opinion about this same subject.

Joe I have had my differances of views with others as well on here.  However I can tell you that Kohler and the Administrator respect me as well I respect them.  the only advice I can give you is if you are going to make posts such as you have you need to back it up with real sustanable proof of your claims.  If you do not then you will always be looked at as a fake.

Oh yah and by the way My offers credit with out much problem.  So saying that you think that FC does not credit people with differance in oppinion is compleatly Faulse.
