Question about referrals

i refer a friend of mine he activated his fusion cash account and i also got the referral bonus from him.i cashed out yesterday it says my referral bonus and offer completion bonus amount( around 3 $) is denied.I wonder why does this happens?

Hello radhika28 , I would suggest you send a support ticket to get a more accurate answer to your question .

One of the reasons I have seen this happen is when a referral is considered ineligible for credit. Reasons may vary but usually it is caused because your referral could be using a shared I.P with another Fusion cash user. but definitely send a support ticket

It could be that the ip is being used with another fc member or that there has been some rule broken, send a support ticket.
