Get paid for taking surveys?

I was just wondering if I am the only person who has noticed that these companies who offer to pay you for taking surveys never offer you a survey. They just offer you deals to get you to order stuff and if you don't take their offers you never receive anything?

I know exactly what you mean.  I signed up for one recently that even had the word "research" in the name and it turns out all they send you are offers that you gave to use a credit card for to get any credit.  Not only that but you have to get 50 bucks before you see any money.  I thought the point of market research was to offer FREE things up to people for their opinions so they can improve their product or service...

yep i feel you on that.. my spam box gets hundreds of emails bc i signed up for a couple sites that CLAIMED to pay money for surveys but were complete scams..it gives me a headache...they never have surveys..

    yuwie-  this one is another community, but it pays cash.

all of these are paid survey sites that pay cash, FOR SURVEYS,  you can also get paid to do offers, they have paid e-mails.  It's fun and they all work.  I have made quite alot of extra cash doing these sites. 
look them over and than sign up, I know that they truely paid because I do them all the time.  Let me know what you think.

i'm a member of atleast 4 survey sites and 10 gpt sites includeing this one... and i have been paid from them all!
most of the sites people list on here are sites they have been paid from also.... so how is anyone lieing if we have spent the money to prove it? lol

It is really strange how someone who has no English skills whatsoever is calling everyone else liars.  Perhaps they should use their time taking some extra classes instead of trying to *bleep* everyone else off?

unless she is talking about yuwie... now i know i have seen many people say they made money on there but... in the 5 months since i joined and with over 50 friends now i have a total of .30 earned.... and that is all from last month after i wrote a email yelling about suppose to be getting paid for doing things and not getting paid for any of them.... but that's the kinda luck i have most times so lol
