CASHING OUT

Ever since I cashed out and was approved a few wks. ago recently it is saying IF cash out approved expect payment on sept. 20th or before....what does the If approved mean? Why wouldnt I be approved now after all of my offers were approved and has anyon eever had a problem recieving there payment?

well this gives them time to make sure the leads provided are godo and no fraud has ocurred i my self was alil worried about that but i knwo i didnt do any fraud btu still never knwo this was my first cashout and it was approved yesterday definatly goign to be doing more on this sight now
