You can cash out when you reach $25.00.  $15.00 must be from doing offers the rest can be from referrals and/or bonuses.  When you have reached the minimum cash out amount ($25.00) the cash out link will be highlighted.  You click on it and proceed to cash out.  Most members wait until the last day of the month to cash out and receive payment around the 20th of the following month (ex. cash out  Dec. 31 = payment around Jan. 20)

Yes, you do have to fill out the information requested from the Sponsors in order to receive credit.  If you are doing the Free/No CC Needed offers then you do not need to purchase anything in order to receive credit for that offer.
