Weight Watchers is wonderful.  I have been doing it since the end of December and so far I have lost 14 lbs.  I eat everything that I want, I just make sure that allot my points for what I am eating.  I am never sitting there thinking of the things that I want, it eat what I want.   :thumbsup:

Hmmm... Swelling feet AND you can't lose weight?  Do you also get morning sickness?

hmm ...

try eating small portions, and ignoring hunger.  Eventually your stomach will get smaller.  Trust me, I know from experience, because I was forced to switch to foods I don't like -.-''   Now I don't need as much to eat :3  (no, I wasn't put on a diet)

Apple Cider Vinegar helps to control the appetite and burn fatty deposits. If you google ACV for weight control you'll find so much good info about it.

I'd skip the slim fast and eat real food instead.  small meals with a bit of protein every 2-3 hrs will help you feel much more satiated.

   8)   Avoid contact with food stuff. Do not visit kitchens and restaurants. Go and watch TV. Listen to relaxing music through the Internet- Try YouTube and HuLu music channel. Yes...do something about before it is too late.

Excercise at least 30 mins.a day and dont eat after 7pm. It helped me alot. And dont starved yourself.

OK I have been walking a mile a day 6 days a week ,doing the special k,slimfast,and granalo bars and even yogurt.No change have not lost a pound in fact i think i`m bigger in thighs then i was,anymore suggestions?I`m getting desperate first summer vacation at lake in 1 month

if you haven't yet ---> check with your doctor.  Maybe something else is going on --- if swelling and can't lose weight you may want some tests to be done to make sure labs are ok and circulation, blood pressure, blood sugar, etc.  If your body is under any other 'stress' you will likely NOT lose weight.

The amount of food (calories) that you need is a fine line between what you need and too much -- if you eat TOO little you will NOT lose weight either.

Also drink plenty of fluids!
