do you use sunscreen?

I have had a few scares with pre-melanoma so I try to use sunscreen now.  I use a very high spf on my face - like 85 and a 30 spf everywhere else.

i use sunscreen but it doesnt even help me. I have tried the highest u can get and still doesn't help me.

I try to remember to because I don't want a tan, but I usually don't remember.

I never use it, i never burn though, except on my ears and nose, other than that im fine.

I sometimes use sunscreen...i dont really get sunburn unless i sit in the sun all day

Yeah I do. I'm one of those people that don't tan, I just burn.

Sometimes. But I mostly use it when I go to the beach when I'm in the hot sun, because if I don't I will get sunburn easily if I am out there too long.

yes need it when you get sun to keep from burning and causing problems in the future. I use a least 50 on bottle.

Only on my face, but I should probably use it all over all the time.  I'm in my yard and garden a lot, I go fishing and swimming and I probably should protect myslef from cancer

Only when I know I'm going to be in the sun for long periods of time. Like the park or the beach or something. That's usually when I become a walking bottle of sunblock. But not really when it's just quick runs to the store and stuff because I was told that some sun is actually good for you. I think it was something about vitamin D which helps you breakdown another vitamin or something like that.

yes I use sunscreen and it really helps but you have to keep applying it not just once.  As a kid I thought it would keep me from getting a tan but now I know it keeps you from burning and gives you a nice tan.

i use spf 50 on my face everyday and spf 35 on my body if swimming or wearing a tank top or something that exposes more skin. i put spf 50 on my children whenever they are outside for more than 30 minutes. i used to like to tan but after a very bad sunburn last year i realized i have to take better care of my skin, for myself and the sake of my family
