If you put in for payout when you have exactly $25.00, but it is another month until the payout date, will it continue to increase and at the date pay you $25 + what you have earned since requesting payout?

Nope, it will show it as pending and you will start over at 0.00 again, sorry to say.  they always pay when they say, so it is worth it.

After you cash out it starts over and the amount cashed out will go to the pending state. I think its good since sometimes you hit the mark with the free offers and its a smart thing to start a new list so you have enough in offers to qualify for a cash out next month

Yeah it starts over, but you can earn a lot more before the next payout than $25 especially with referrals. Find the promotional banner link in your referral are on the account page. Use that link in blog and te and articles, etc and get referrals; they are each good for $1 on signup and $5 every time they cashout.
