has anyone done any free auto insurance quotes yet?  Which ones worked or didn't work.
I'd like to get some insurance comparison done but don't want to waste my time and don'g get credited

Well I did some that were for renters insurance and got calls from all the major companies giving me quotes.    Was very happy with how it worked out.  I think pretty much any of them will work.

I have requested several auto quotes, being that i am actually in the market for a car (although I am looking for a used, inexpensive vehicle) and have yet to receive credit 

Hopefully it will show up in the next few days, but I doubt it. On the plus side, I  only wasted about 60 seconds, so it wasnt all that bad.
