i usually cashout at the end of each month should be over the minimum amount by then

End of the month, every month.  This way, I have maximized the largest amount I can make for that month.

If you are the type of person who relies heavily on referrals and do very minimal offers, however, it would probably be beneficial for you to cashout the second you have $15.00 in offers towards the $25.00 needed, so you can start building on your next cashout.

Everyone's situation is going to be different of course.

I don't get as much money because I don't do credit card offers.  Since the minimum is 15 dollars in offers + 10 extra dollars from anywhere for a total of 25 dollars, I usually cash out 30 dollars or so every two months.  I don't make much, but I'm happy with what I do make.

I too don't use a CC for any offers, a lot of it has to do with uncomfortably with giving out my CC#. So I'm really grateful there's a lot of offers that don't require it.

If you're getting a lot of non-bonus cash then it makes the most sense, I think, to cash out at the end of the month every month. But if you are getting a lot of bonus referrals but not doing a lot of offers yourself then it makes the most sense to let it build up for awhile. If you get $15 in offers then you can let that sit there and use it in future months as your referrals build up. I wish I was getting referrals like that, but for me it makes the most sense to cash out on the last day of the month.

You can cash out as soon as you have $25 dollars banked, and $15 of that has to be from offers, not bonuses. Doesn't matter if it's the 1st of the month or the last, just matters how much money you're trying to cash out.

One time so far working toward my second.  Its always possible to get cash on FC.  You can do it just keeping coming to FC and making your clicks and the offers your interested in, then you will have your cashout before you know it.  Good luck and have fun, lots to do and many clicks to do.  Exploration is fun on FC!!!
