What would be the best solution to our inmigration poblem?

I honestly think that if our government did support these women financially they wouldn't be here multiplying and being a debt to our society.  Most of them don't even work!  I think this is far worse than just men coming here and working for minimum wage.

the best solution tough but real will be to make legal to a large percentage of inmigrants, basically will be the good percentage that never commit any felonies. In that way, USA Goverment will be allowed to collect all the taxes from this people who is allowed to work, and the situacion will improve in this country. YES OR NOT?

I think that would be a smart thing for them to do. Although if you think about it Illegal workers still file taxes and never get returns in any form they still pay taxes and get nothing in return.

mc1962 are you a teacher???  You are on the ball about spelling!!!!!  And I don't think there is any easy answer to immigration or other social problems, including peoples inability to spell correctly lol haha

If they are not paying taxes and are here illegal, I do not want to pay their way, they need to register and pay taxes legally if they are in the country. That is the main problem I have, I pay taxes and tons of them.

This is a little too broad of a question because you have to take into account that there are illegal immigrants who come here to escape a  far worse off life where they come from in hopes to have the "American Dream" and become a respectable part of our society. And unfortunately there are those illegal immigrants who come here to cause us harm whether it be by drugs, prostitution, terrorism, etc. We as Americans seem to forget that our ancestors came here from other countries (excluding native americans) and helped shape this wonderful melting pot of culture we have here today. Clearly something needs to be done to protect our country and document all immigrants, but what that is, I'm not sure.

I wish I had a good intelligent answer for this, but I don't.  But I have a few friends/family that are illegal immigrants (Note to some: not all immigrants are from Mexico) and it's tough for them. They're upstanding citizens of a country that thinks they're here to take their jobs. I've talked to them about this, I promise you that's not what they're here for. And I want them to be legal so that they don't have to jump through the crazy hoops that they do.

Some of them haven't even been to their home country since they were little, and if you send them back they would have no where and no one to go to. I'm sure this is the case for many illegals. I think that since they're here already, they should just legalize them. A lot of them are already working, a lot under the table due to their circumstances. If you let them work legally you can tax them, that's more money for whatever the government spends it on.
