What should i be most worried about? My high cholesterol,or my weight?

that depends.... if you lower your weight you will most likely improve your cholesterol.  avoiding high fat foods will help you lose weight so I think that both of these go together and you can deal with both to improve your quality of life!  :)

This question is definitely better suited to your doctor. I'd say if you have any serious concern about either, then try to take care it.

Could go either way. Best to get advice from your doctor, but if you watch what you eat you could improve both.

Thanks for the advice and i have talked to dr breifly she seems to be to busy.Will work on diet!exercise right now is not option arthritus has me down in leggs and knees real bad.
