Daily SSI Survey Credit

I have on two occassions completed the daily SSI Daily survey and have not received the credit for the complete?  Is there a problem with this survey or is there a sugestion with what I may be doing wrong?

OK....  I think SSI is messing with me....  At the end of the survey I get this.....

I got the same thing...

This one worked for me...after attempting 2 surveys.  Finally I got an "Your answers have been successfully submitted."

I never got credit for this survey

I've completed it twice, 2 different days, and still haven't got credit. I hope I get it soon!!

When FC initially added SSI as an offer, I would complete the offer and get credit.  But now Most of the time I just get errors or it just doesn't allow entrance.
