Not all offers credit instantly.  Some may take 2-3 days.  Did you read the thread?  Do you do the offers all the way through to the Congratulations page?  Have you been cleaning cookies?

I just chosen to cash out my payment when I remember I would not be at the same address at Dec 20th. Can I change my mailing address now? Will it cause any problem/ error? Thanks!

Since you have until the last day of the month to cash out, you can cancel your pending cashout, change your address and then cashout on the last day before midnight PST.
