So Pregnant can't sleep!!

Holy cow I am so tired and I cannot sleep!! I guess I just can't get comfortable or something...I am sooooo tired all day long and achy and just can't WAIT to get into bed...and then as soon as I get there I am wide awake!!! What the heck is going on???

The key is pillows, pillows, pillows, and the bed wedge at least that is what I called it.  My mom got me the bed wedge at Motherhood Maturnity.  It is a foam wedge that keeps your belly supported and keeps you on your side.  Then I would sleep with a pillow and a body pillow between my legs and I would hold the body pillow.  It was the only way that I got comfortable.

oh yes you must use pillows on ur both sides.....and high pillow under ur headthts makes u more comfortable

Thanks my peeps!! I do use some pillows between my legs and against my back...but I will start having my honey "pack me in" before bedtime and see if it helps.

I hated when that happened.  I tried the pillow thing a few times

Oh how I hated those times.  Try sleeping in a recliner.  If you don't have one, try loading up the pillows on a couch to make one.
