PC troubles,Still

Sorry to bother you all with this again,but if I don't find some help soon,I'm going to explode. Again,here's the problem and what I have done to try to fix it-to no avail.

I used to play games on-line at sites like Pogo.com;and Games.com,etc. and I used to be able to upload photos on my Facebook. Now,when I try,it will start to load and then kick me back to my desktop. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Flash player,Java,Shockwave,etc. I have cleared cookies and caches,I have defragmented, i have allowed third party cookies and all that, I have freed up memory,and I have done a system restore. I tell you,I am at my wit's end. It would help if I knew more about computers but since I am Basically computer illiterate I have come to you good people in hopes of finding an answer. Thanks for all your help!
