I am new here! So i am wonering when is the best time to cash out?

It really depends on your personal preferences.  If you have a lot of referrals, cash out as soon as you have $15 from offers; that way every cent they earn in offers goes right to the next payout. If you want your money as soon as possible, cash out at the very end of the month, because whether you cash out on 1 January or 31 January, you'll not get the money until around 20 February.

Exactly, that way you maximize the amount of money you receive a few weeks later...just remember that it's easy getting $15 in offers the first time you cash out, not so easy the following times unless you do the credit card offers or really work on getting those referrals.
