so where is the confirrmation?

Hi Everyone,

     My name is Barry, and I'm sort of new to this, but I really hope everything would work out with Fusion $.  Well I've got to the part of filling out my first offer, and I even went through with the part of giving my credit card information( to a book sign up promotion), but I still did not see any credited offer on my account page.  Where do I find the confirmation that I  went through with one of the offers requirements to earn credits for?
