I might look into getting a Wii - they seem fun and useful at the same time.  how much are they with all the bells and whistles? 200? 300? 400? 500?

I bought the Wii sports bundle for my family for just under $300 -- it has the Wii Sports game and all the accessories needed for the sporting games.

I LOVE Wii Fit!  A really fun game that can probably help you lose weight/tone up would be the Wii Sports Resort. It definitely gets your arms and shoulders working with the cycling, wakeboarding, etc.

Now that I'm over my cold, I want to get back on the elliptical trainer.

The wii itself is arout $199. The balance board and wii fit plus game is around $99.  You really don't have to have accessories but they are fun.  I also bought the wii resport and it is a blast however you have to have a wii motion controller to play but you get one with the game..... it is better to get an extra regular controller however if you have multiple players.  I need to get an extra wii motion but that is another $18 .... but for around $300 you can have a LOT of fun.

Check surplus websites for remotes.  There are lots of websites out there that take overstocked merchandise and sell them at a discount.  It's at least worth googling it!!  Or if all else fails, find your local Gamestop!

Yes this is great! I have one too except I haven't used in weeks. The first few days were very consistent and then....well you know the rest. Food is more comforting hehe. I did loose weight when I was using it. I gain it all back and then some now. Becareful, it's psychological :)

Perfect way to get fit is to
join your local YMCA i did
and they treat me great
and just today i burned
101 calories on a treadmill
and riding a bike machine there.

Also watch what you eat,Don't
do what i used to do get fast food
or order it i mean it is ok once in a
while but just don't overdo it.

I live in Alaska, where is very cold during winter months. I personally do not like winter sports because they are very dangereous. Most of us go health clubs to warm up and shopping centers to walk to get some natural exercises.
