I think it's a great idea! It would be nice to have a barter /trade section as well.

Well, selling is just a special form of trading.   8)

i like that idea! and you could even pay using your
FC earnings. it wouldn't even have to be a big
ebay-like system or anything. something simple like
craig's list... just links and descriptions.

good thinkin'  ;D

Sorry, but this creates a substantial liability for FusionCash.  The threat of losing a FusionCash account which may have little or no money in it is not a sufficient deterrent for fraud.  Reputation systems have their own drawbacks.  At the end of the day, people will expect FusionCash to take responsibility for the inevitable scamming and that's not something we're prepared to do.

OK then. Can I post a link to my Craigslist posts and maybe someone may be interested in selling to me?

I'd rather you didn't - not because it would break a rule, exactly, but because it would set a precedent: then people would assume that they can post links to their personal websites with referral links, and their ebay auctions, etsy listings, and so forth.  I'm not saying the forum would be overrun with those posts, but we try to keep the forum mostly free of promotional material (except, of course, the contests/promotions forum).

:sad1:I would be too worried I'd be scammed . I buy things on the internet all the tme, and it's hard to get money back from someone you don't know, if you don't like the product.

I would love to see FC offer a Marketplace.  I love to buy and sell stuff, especially jewelry.  But buying and selling can get very complicated.  You are talking about paypal and U.S. Mail.  A site has to set up some method of protecting the seller.  And protecting the buyer.  All of that gets very complicated.

Ok, am I allowed to list my email address and let people know that I am buying? I just want to make sure everything is as Kosher as possible.

I buy collections of magic cards as opposed to singles, so I guess gafee and I could work off alternate markets ^^
