It says allow up to this long for you to get it.  It does not mean it will take that long. I have not had to wait that long for mine.

If you submit your 30 posts every month you get $3 every month and you don't have to worry about it.

the $$ comes at the end of the next month -- it will come-- the time frame just let's people know it can take some time -- they seem to process this all at the same time, etc.    don't worry -- you WILL get the money as long as you have followed the rules for the postings, etc.

They don't get in a hurry but they do pay. Once you start getting the $3 every month, you don't notice the delay.
