I had signed up for this offer last week or so..a free 7 day trial..well it was on my bank statement today for 29.95 (forgot to cancel) I just wanted to try for the few days..anyways..I never got an email conf for joining it..in fact I even had to call to get all my log-in info just to get on the site .. how can I get my credit..when I went to request the credit it said it has to be in an email header somehow..now I dont even see it on the offers page ..I was tyring to find it to see how much it was worth..cause I forgot..lol...so how can I get credit for it...basically all i have is it on my bank statement ..palleaaase help  :sad1:

(i also checked my junk mail folder too..nothin)

Unfortunately, FC will not credit you (if requesting manual credit) without that email header.
I suggest that you call the company back or from their website, request that they resend the conformation email. Many places will do that for you.
