if you're not credited the first time you do a survey/offer, can you still try again at a later time?

You can only complete the offer one time whether it is on here or any other site you may be a member of regardless if it credits for you or not.

i am new here and i did several offers on the 19th  yet they all say ineligable for credit  so today i did a few offers and they have already credited  what gives?  i am a member of several paid to promote sites and most take a few hrs to receive credit  ,i am just frustrated at all the waiting i have to do  any advice?
