I found it. I already had completed a survey and did my PTC.

Then I went back to look for the survey you described and took a chance. It was a great survey and paid 81 cents.  I want more.

I think that my survey said 5 minutes and 81 cents but took 10 minutes or so.

it is a good one.  Worth looking for.  I would not have attempted it if not for pkrahmer's post.  A post can be so helpful.
