No I don't.  I brush my teeth and floss regularly.  I have not really given any thought to brushing my teeth.
You would think the dentist or dental hygienist would recommend it.  I was just at the dentist for my annual checkup..

No I have never done this but will try it on your say-so to see what happens. If it really seems to help with keeping the mouth and teeth clean, I will adopt it as a daily practice.

You should think about gently brushing your tongue because not only does your mouth feel more fresh, it IS more fresh.  The tongue gathers and harbors bacteria the same as the gums and teeth.  You know that the human mouth is one of the most bacteria-prone places in the body.  Dark, moist, and all kinds of stuff go in it and breaks down!

I have often heard about brushing your  tongue. However, I've only done it once or twice. It is not part of my teeth brushing routine  :rose: :peace:

I always do, that is something that comes natural, the top of the mouth, tongue, sides of mouth, then I spit.

I don't, but I read that bacteria accumulates on your tongue and can contribute to bad breath.  Rinsing with water or even mouthwash won't do the trick.  You need to brush your tongue too.  I think I might try it.

I do.  I brush my tongue, my gums, the top of my mouth.  Basically everyplace in there.  It doesn't really feel refreshed if I don't.
