LOL, I never thought of the cheeks :)

No I don't. I brush my teeth and floss regularly. I have not really given any thought to brushing my teeth.
You would think the dentist or dental hygienist would recommend it. I was just at the dentist for my annual checkup..
-
Yes, Every time I brushed my teeth same with my tongue. It's cleaner and and makes the color nicer.
-
No I have never done this but will try it on your say-so to see what happens. If it really seems to help with keeping the mouth and teeth clean, I will adopt it as a daily practice.

It really does make your mouth feel fresher, please let me know what you think?...they have tongue scrappers you can buy as well.

Yes, I’ve done that for years. My dentist told me to do that a long time ago.
-
Only when it starts turning green... :P :-X :confused1: :silly: ;)

You should think about gently brushing your tongue because not only does your mouth feel more fresh, it IS more fresh. The tongue gathers and harbors bacteria the same as the gums and teeth. You know that the human mouth is one of the most bacteria-prone places in the body. Dark, moist, and all kinds of stuff go in it and breaks down!

I certainly do.
-
Every time I brush :) :) :)
-
Yes I do every time.
-
i used to and when I read this post I realized that I don't and not only don't I - I can't remember when I stopped doing it. Wow that is interested but I am going to start back. I am sure it helps with bad breath
-
Brush my tongue AND use a tongue scraper every time.
-
Yes I do. My dentist advised this many, many years ago and I continue until this day.
-

-
I do but never thought about the cheeks.
-
Yes I do.
-
I do this all the time but never the cheeks use a mouthwash for that
-
I do when I feel like I have bad breath. But I do not do it all the time.
-
I have often heard about brushing your tongue. However, I've only done it once or twice. It is not part of my teeth brushing routine :rose: :peace:
-
I always do, that is something that comes natural, the top of the mouth, tongue, sides of mouth, then I spit.
-
No, but I use a Water Pic every night.
-
I don't, but I read that bacteria accumulates on your tongue and can contribute to bad breath. Rinsing with water or even mouthwash won't do the trick. You need to brush your tongue too. I think I might try it.
-
I brush my tongue every time I brush my teeth.
-
Yes, you should brush your tongue.
-
I do. I brush my tongue, my gums, the top of my mouth. Basically everyplace in there. It doesn't really feel refreshed if I don't.
